About Mister Akins:

He has been comitted to the Martial Arts his whole life . Training started as a child and hard work turned into his own Dojo at the age of sixteen. Mister Akins now owns the building where he started his teaching. Mr. Akins has won countless Sport Karate fighting championships including Battle of Atlanta and Bluegrass Nationals. He has also won gold in Olympic Style T.K.D sparring. Mr. Akins believes that training starts when you wake up every morning. Rank is not important to Mr. Akins, he has trained his whole life and owned a store front location for almost 20 years. This is his rank.

Mr. Akins believes in hard work and "get on the mat and chat" attitude. "I have no closed door 'chat rooms', I offer honest training with no password required."
